ABOUT DJ SILK
I began my craft during 2012 (I Was 12 Years Old), learning how to use turntables, graphics, and to dj. Then during early 2013 I started my team of Djs that chop and screw music which is called "Chop House Entertainment" who are a band of Djs that perfect their craft in chopped and screwed music together and are still present. Graphic design improvement came later on to the dj scene and I began to practice and learn how to improve in graphics from 2013 to now. I'm from the Bronx, New York and always manage to rep my city/state anyway possible. I started to collab on a mixtape with Chicago's 'DJ Malone' in 2014 and got me plugged into MTMDJs. Later on during the summer of 2014 I became apart of the coast2coastmixtapedjs and started to get better at what I do. I Also reached out to DoughFromDaGo (Founder of "Stack or Starve Approved/DVD/Djs") & became apart of this Def Jam Recordings DJ group/family in March of 2020. As a result I'm the best at what I do and still manage to find ways to better myself for what I desire from the past, present, future and for my legacy and life accomplishments.

Born in The Poconos and Originally from the Bronx then moved back to the Poconos, PA. Then West Orlando, FL then back to PA, Then to NY again and back to PA. I have a lot of things im working on besides DJing and how i came up as a child and grew up will be in my book/reference guide i am putting out soon. Which is my brand title im building, It contains a lot about my life and more then just my life, includes references, how to get in the game, progression, business, how to make it in this world, etc. in this place we call life being that i seen/done a lot, went through a lot of pain growing up in and out the hood, struggling and more things you wouldn't even of thought. I've been wanting to DJ since i was 4 after watching the film "Juice" which my pops bought for me and my brother before doing state/fed time a year later on top of already being a 2pac fan/baby. Grandmoms would buy me and my lil bro instruments/lessons to keep us occupied, reciting raps from 6-8 years old then got to play DJ Hero & Def Jam Rapstar/Karaoke when i was 9-10, rapped in the studio at 11 while mama love presently supported me as a feature on an album. Then started my dream and aspiring career as a dj & began using virtual dj by getting introduced to it by my mother at 12 along with graphic design. Its now been over a decade and Being that im an entrepreneur now its going to be interesting.
